  1. Print-on-Demand Business Model

All products sold through ALFITE are custom-made print-on-demand (POD) items. This means that:

  • Each product is produced only after you place your order.
  • We do not maintain stock and cannot modify, cancel, or accept returns once production begins, except in the case of defective or damaged goods.
  • Product images shown on the Website are digital previews; slight variations in color, print position, or size may occur due to printing processes.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these conditions.

  1. Purchases and Payment

When placing an order, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current billing and shipping information.

We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout. All payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment providers (such as Stripe or PayPal). ALFITE does not store your full payment information.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if:

  • The product is unavailable or out of stock,
  • An error occurred in pricing or product description,
  • Fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected.

Applicable sales tax will be calculated based on your shipping address and local regulations.

  1. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to addresses within the United States and select international destinations.

  • Production typically takes 2–3 business days, as each item is made to order.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.
  1. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Because our products are custom printed on demand, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.

To request a replacement or refund:

2. Include your order number, a brief description, and clear photos showing the issue.

If your claim is approved, we will offer either:
