Because each item is custom printed on demand, every product is made uniquely for you once your order is placed. For this reason, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations unless the item you received is defective or damaged.
Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

Interpretation
The words with capitalized initials have meanings defined under the following conditions. These definitions apply regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural form.
Definitions
For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

- Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
- Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

- Custom Product Policy
All of our products are custom printed and made to order. Once production begins, we cannot modify, cancel, or accept returns unless the product arrives defective, damaged, or significantly different from your approved order.
- Return Eligibility
We only accept returns or replacements if:
- The product is defective or damaged during shipping, or
- You received the wrong product or incorrect size due to our error.
To be eligible for a return or replacement, please make sure that:
- You contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- You provide clear photos of the defective or incorrect item.
- The product has not been worn, washed, or altered.
If your return request is approved, we will offer one of the following:
- A replacement of the same item, or
- A full refund to your original payment method.
We reserve the right to refuse returns if the claim does not meet the above conditions.
- Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or refunds for:
- Items ordered in the wrong size or color chosen by the customer.
- Items that were delivered correctly and in good condition.
- Any customized or personalized products (including print-on-demand designs).
Items returned without prior approval.

- At least 2 clear photos showing the problem
We will review your case and respond within 2–3 business days with instructions.
- Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after confirmation.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrect.
- Shipping Returns
Please do not send any product back to our address without prior approval. Unauthorized returns will not be processed or refunded.
Since we verify damaged items via photos, in most cases, you do not need to return the physical item.
If we approve your return, we will provide the correct return address and instructions.
